PrimeCoat began in 2023 as a family-owned business with a commitment to careful workmanship and the people behind every project.

Today, our work brings together epoxy and PU floor coatings, interior and exterior painting, waterproofing and reflective roof coatings. We serve the different needs of homes, commercial premises and industrial facilities.

Our approach begins with a conversation: how the space is used, the condition of the surface, the finish you have in mind and the practical details of the work. Preparation and the selected system are part of that plan from the start.

Our published portfolio includes floor-coating work at MAS, Browns, Cinnamon and Sunshine, with project locations in Biyagama, Katunayake, Colombo, Kandy and Mattakkuliya.
