FROM FIRST QUESTION TO FINISHED FLOOR

Plan your epoxy flooring project.

01 / YOUR SPACE

A floor chosen for its use.

Factories, warehouses, workshops and commercial spaces have different requirements. Tell us about movement through the space, cleaning routines and the finish you need so the assessment starts with how your floor will be used.

02 / YOUR QUOTATION

Know what is included.

Discuss surface preparation, repairs, the proposed coating system and access arrangements. A useful quotation makes the scope clear, so you can compare options and plan the work.

03 / YOUR SCHEDULE

Plan beyond application.

Discuss site access, the work sequence, curing and the return to service before application begins. Request aftercare guidance for the installed system rather than relying on a general drying-time estimate.

Where do you provide epoxy flooring services?

Based in Ja-Ela, we mainly serve the Western Province. Projects elsewhere in Sri Lanka can be arranged. Contact us to arrange a free site inspection and confirm availability for your location.

How much does epoxy flooring cost in Sri Lanka?

The quotation depends on the area, existing surface, preparation and repairs, selected coating system and site access. We assess these details before quoting. Send photographs and an approximate floor area, if known, to start your enquiry.

How do I choose an epoxy flooring contractor?

Ask to see relevant completed projects and discuss how the existing floor will be assessed and prepared. Request a clear written scope covering the proposed system, preparation, application, access arrangements and aftercare. Compare quotations on the same scope, rather than price alone.

Should I choose epoxy or PU flooring?

The choice depends on the specific coating system and the conditions in your space. Tell us about traffic, cleaning, moisture, temperature and the intended finish. We can discuss epoxy and PU options after assessing the floor; neither is the right choice for every project.

Can epoxy be applied over existing tiles?

Our portfolio includes a high solid coating project over existing tiles at Browns in Katunayake. Your floor still needs assessment: the condition of the tiles, preparation and the proposed system determine whether coating is suitable.

What preparation does my floor need?

Preparation is agreed after inspecting the existing surface, coatings and any areas needing attention. Ask for the preparation and repair work to be included in the quotation, alongside the proposed floor coating.

When can I use the floor after coating?

The return-to-use schedule depends on the selected product system, site conditions and intended traffic. Agree the application and curing schedule with us before work starts. Do not assume that a surface which looks dry is ready for full use.

How should I maintain a coated floor?

Ask for cleaning and maintenance instructions for the installed system at handover. Confirm suitable cleaning products, equipment and any restrictions with the team before use; aftercare should reflect the actual coating and conditions on site.
